Jessica Fletcher

I have two years of experience working as a physiotherapist in a musculoskeletal outpatient clinic in Ipswich, UK. During this time, I have gained experience assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients manage pain, restore movement and strength, and return to the activities that are important to them.

I am passionate about patient-centred care and an evidence-based approach to rehab to help people improve their general and mental health. I have experience working with a wide range of people back home in the UK across musculoskeletal, neurological and respiratory physiotherapy, as well as in major trauma. I believe in using a multidisciplinary approach to make exercise achievable and accessible for everyone, regardless of their physical abilities, and I thoroughly enjoy this aspect of my job.
